Accessibility Statement

Sajdak Group Holdings WLL (“SGH WLL”, “we”, “us”) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for all visitors and apply relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

We aim for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. The sites operated under the INEVARA and SINGULARITY brands are partially conformant — some areas are still being improved.

Measures Taken

To support accessibility, we have implemented the following across our portfolio of sites:

Focus-visible indicators on all interactive elements (links, buttons, form fields)
Semantic HTML headings and landmark regions
Sufficient colour contrast on primary content against dark backgrounds
Descriptive page titles and meta descriptions
Responsive layouts that adapt to text resizing up to 200%
Keyboard navigability for all interactive elements
HTTPS enforced across all sites

Known Limitations

We are aware of the following areas that do not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA:

Some images may lack descriptive alternative text on marketing pages currently under development
Interactive components on early-access application pages may not yet have full ARIA labelling
Video and audio content, where available, may not yet include captions or transcripts

We are actively working to address these limitations. We aim to have all known issues resolved progressively as each vertical product launches publicly.

Technical Approach

Our sites are built using modern web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. We test for accessibility using browser developer tools, keyboard-only navigation, and screen reader spot-checks.
